Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 lb halibut fillet

Directions:

  1. Combine the butter, chili powder, and onion salt.
  2. Spread mixture over both sides of your halibut fillets or steaks.
  3. Broil fish in oven until it flakes easily.
