Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar together, with an electric whisk, untill fluffy.
  2. Add the oil and the yogurt.
  3. Add the flour and cinnamon.
  4. Add the apples and raisins.
  5. Mix to distribute evenly.
  6. Pour into a prepared cake tin (10 inch).
  7. Bake at 170ºC for about 1 hour.
