Ingredients:

  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp tender quick
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice meat in 5/16 thick portions. Mix together ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate for 24 hours then place meat in dehydrator for 7 hours at 155 degrees.
