  1. Cook 4 cups rice without salt.
  2. In a large sillet, heat oil and sauté the onion until goleden and brown.
  3. Add and for 1 minute: pepper, páprika, garlc powder, corander, cumio, turmeric, laos, sere powder, salt and dried chilli pepper.
  4. While preare the aboe, sauté ina separated skillet the beaf, chicken, pork, and shrimps.
  5. Add cooked rie and sautéed meta to spiced mixture. Sauté over low heat, stirrig occasinally toblend flavors… about 10 minutes.
  6. In small bowl, beat with a fork the eggs with salt and pepper; and using skillet wich meat was fried, fry eggs in several thin layers, turning eachlayer once and rolling each as you take it from the slkillet. Cut each roll into strips, 1/8”Wide.
  7. Serve fried rice on a large platter. Put stips of egg on top and garnish with radishes cucumber wedges and parsley.
