Nanny's Southern Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Arrange pecans evenly in the bottom of the pie crust.
  4. Pour egg mixture over pecans in the shell.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until puffy and crust is golden brown.
