Directions:

  1. In a fry pan,cook beef; add onion. Cook on high heat, stirring until meat is browned. Drain off fat; season with salt and peper. Spread beans in shallow 10 by 15 oval or rectangular pan. Top with meat. Sprinkle chilies over meat. Top with cheese and then taco sauce. Bake uncovered in 400* oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove and top with 1/4 cup chopped onion and olives. In center, mound avocado and then sour cream. Tuck corn chips around edges of bean mixture. Serve at once. Scoop up mixture with chips. Keep warm on electric serving tray.
