Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix lightly the cheese, veggies, and vinegar.
  2. Add in a mixture of salt and chili powder. Set aside.
  3. Toast the bread.
  4. Spread one side of each slice with the mixture.
  5. Arrange sandwiches on a broiler rack.
  6. Place in broiler with top of sandwiches 3 inches from heat source.
  7. Broil about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve immediately.
