Mystery Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • pie
  • 1 package cream cheese (8oz)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • topping
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all topping ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg untill combined.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Top with chopped pecans.
  6. Pour topping over pecans.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Serve warm or at room tempature.
