My Version of Southern Catfish

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix milk and hot sauce.
  2. Mix cornmeal with all of the spices.
  3. Dip catfish in the milk mix.
  4. Dip in the cornmeal mix, coat fish well.
  5. Heat butter or oil in a large heavy skillet over med-high heat.
  6. Cook fish a few minutes on each side until flaky.
  7. Serve with tartar sauce.
