Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix above ingredients well.
  2. Pour over meat and marinade anywhere from 2 hours – to even 12 hours.
  3. I really like this marinade over Sirloins and Filets.
  4. Any Marinade that is left over can be stored in fridge for next time.
  5. I like to make a double batch and always have the marinade on hand.
  6. After the steaks have marinated, Place steaks on grill – you can baste the steaks with the marinade while they cook – but DO NOT – re-use – the used marinade.
