Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • 1/2-1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest

Directions:

  1. Grind the toasted sesame seeds with a mortar and pestle.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients well.
  3. Store in a tightly capped jar in the refrigerator.
