My Grandmas Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb confectioner's sugar

Directions:

  1. In large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, white corn syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar.
  3. Knead well until completely blended together.
  4. Press into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Cut into small squares.
