My Favorite Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 medium zucchini
  • 6 tbsp mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to med/high with propane and until coals are white hot with charcoal.
  2. Slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/4-1/2 inch slices - you should be able to get 4 good slices out of each zucchini.
  3. Brush each side liberally with olive oil and sprinkle the Montreal Steak Seasoning using approximately 1/2 Tbsp per side.
  4. Take butter and place in microwave safe dish and melt in microwave.
  5. Place on grill and using a grill brush or spoon - brush zucchini side up with melted butter
  6. Grill about 5 minutes per side - depending on thickness up to 8 minutes per side.
  7. After flipping brush other side with melted butter.
