Grilled Zucchini With Cumin

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini , 5 to 7 inches long
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise.
  2. Make criss-cross hatches into the cut side of the flesh.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with cumin.
  6. Grill on medium hot grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired tenderness.
