Directions:

  1. Render in fry pan salt pork let drain on paper towel
  2. In stock pot add butter and saute onions,garlic,celery,tyme,and bay leaves,for 4 minutes on med highheat
  3. Add potatoes and clam broth and water to cover,bring to boil then simmer covered for 10 minutes remove from heat add cream and clams
  4. Serve in soup bowls top with crispy salt pork and parsley toasted slice garlic baggett on the side
