My  Deer Husband Venison

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Leave venison steak flat and wind each steak with a slice of hickory bacon.
  2. Place in frying pan and cook until medium (pink in the middle).
  3. Remove steak from pan.
  4. In same pan, heat butter until melted.
  5. Add mushrooms and onions.
  6. Saute until mushrooms and onions are tender.
  7. Add worcestershire to mushroom and onions.
  8. Serve steaks topped with mushrooms and onions.
  9. Serve with a side dish of White Rice.
