Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • paprika to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine mushroom soup, milk, minced onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
  3. Cover with 1/2 the soup mixture.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour.
  6. Cover and bake 10 min longer.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Enjoy!!!
