Ingredients:

  • 4 (1/2 lb) packages whole white button mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup butter (must be ! margarine is too oily)
  • 1/2 tbsp onion salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 loaf french bread

Directions:

  1. Line a 9 x13 pan with mushrooms.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients over mushrooms.
  3. Bake COVERED at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Serve with french bread to dip.
