Ingredients:

  • 5 tsp loose english breakfast tea leaves
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • fine mesh cheesecloth

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients above into the cloth, tie edges together into a bag with string.
  2. Place in small sauce pan and add 2 1/2 boiling water.
  3. Steep 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with honey.
