A lovely relaxing brew for those hectic evenings after work.
Ingredients:
5 teaspoons loose english breakfast tea leaves
4 whole cloves
6 whole allspice
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
fine mesh cheesecloth
string
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients above into the cloth, tie edges together into a bag with string.
2. Place in small sauce pan and add 2 1/2 boiling water.
3. Steep 2-3 minutes.
4. Serve with honey.
