Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs one at a time mix throughly after each addition
  3. In seperate bowl
  4. Mix flour, salt and baking powder
  5. Combine the dry ingredients to the wet
  6. Half at a time just until combined
  7. *****CAUTION: Do not OVER MIX once you add dry ingredients*****
  8. Add milk and flavoring
  9. ( I prefer the 1 piece bundt cake pan with straight sides.)
  10. Bake at 325 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Test for doneness
  11. GLAZE: combine confectionary sugar with juice of lemon to desire consistency and drizzed or drench cake. Great with carmel too!
