Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls; place 2 in apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  4. Make a deep indention in the center of each cookie.
  5. Bake at 350* for 12-14 min. or until the edges just start to brown.
  6. Remove to counter to cool completley.
  7. For the filling, beat creamcheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  8. Add pecans and coconut; mix well.
  9. Spoon 1/2 tsp into each cookie.
  10. For topping, heat chocolate chips, butter and water in a small saucepan until melted.
  11. Stir in sugar,
  12. Drizzle over cookies.
  13. Enjoy! These are so pretty they would look good on any cookie platter, especially at Christmas or any special occasion!
