Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add flour, yeast and salt. Add 3 eggs and water little by little until a soft dough is formed.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal pieces. Place on a tray sprinkled with a little water and let rise for at least one hour.
  3. Now, preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.
  4. Put ground beef in a saucepan with chopped onion, black pepper, mixed vegetables and salt. Stir over medium heat until cooked. Set aside until cool.
  5. Take a piece of dough and roll in flour, roll out to thick dough, like pizza.
  6. Brush with little bit water and put the cooked beef on top of the rolled dough. now roll out the second dough the same size and put it on top of the first dough. press the edges to seal.
  7. Brush with egg white and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden browned.
  8. Top with chopped parsley and serve hot with chili sauce.
