Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in a covered container.
  2. Rub into steaks prior to grilling or broiling.
  3. Enough for four to five steaks.
