Use 1 Tbs per pound of meat, poultry or vegetables for a moroccan influence!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and store in a covered container.
2. Rub into steaks prior to grilling or broiling.
3. Enough for four to five steaks.
