Moroccan Cauliflower With Parsley

easy to make, and not costly made everywhere in morocco. served as side dish with almost every meal . very fresh , and common in summer. can also be enjoyed with grills.
Ingredients:
500 grams(1lb) cauliflower
1/2 a bunch of parsley finely chopped
3 garlic cloves
2tbsp alcohol vinegar
4-5tbsp olive oil (or more to taste)
salt, cumin, paprika.
Directions:
1. Préparation
2. wash and cut cauliflower. do not cut into very small pieces , you don't want to have bits of caulifower,.
3. place cauliflowers with the garlic cloves. in boiling water .cook covered in a pan for 10minutes.
4. smash the garlic in a container, add cumin, salt, paprika, finely chopped parsley, olive oil and vinegar.
5. mix delicately together .
