  • 1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
