Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups cracked ice

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine all the ingredients until you have a smooth, thick texture.
  2. Serve immediately, preferably chilled glasses.
