  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil.
  2. Knead well using your palms.
  3. Make into small round balls (pakoris).
  4. Heat oil in a broad pan.
  5. Drop by tbsps.
  6. Into the oil.
  7. Deep fry till golden brown.
  8. Serve with mint chutney.
