  1. 1. Wash your chicken! You don't know where the butcher's hands have been.
  2. 2. In a Tupperware bowl or big ass ziplock, combine the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Put chicken in, and coat it with the marinade. Fridge it until tomorrow.
  4. 4. Grill chicken over medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side. Nice 'n sear-marked.
  5. 5. Top with cheese, onion, tomato and avocado.
  6. 6. Eat. :P.
