Cook onions and garlic in 1/2 tsp olive oil until tender. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll in to 2 balls. Cook over med heat, skillet, bake or broil. (I found the flavor was best when cooked on the BBQ grill) Serve balls as an appetizer for parties or add sauce and pasta of your choice for a meal. Don't forget the garlic bread etiher way!
