Directions:

  1. Brown sausage, don't drain
  2. Add veggies
  3. When veggies are soft, add cranberries and saute a bit longer
  4. Stir in bread cubes and transfer to non-stick or greased 9 x 13 baking dish
  5. Pour can of chicken broth evenly over entire mix and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, stirring once or twice
