Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs. Add milk.
  2. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until blended.
  3. Add oil.
  4. I always let the batter rest for 20ish minutes to give the baking powder time to react.
