Mom's Pimento Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated (i use extra sharp but you can pick your own flavor intensity)
  • 1 (4 oz) jar chopped pimentos
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 dash sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. More or less mayo may be needed to make it spreading consistency.
  3. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors blend.
