Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. BASE: Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter and work with fingers until crumbly mixture forms.
  2. Mix together egg, milk and lemon flavoring.
  3. Add to flour mixture.
  4. Press in 8-inch well greased pan.
  5. FILLING:.
  6. Mix together all ingredients. pour over base.
  7. Bake in 350F oven for 20-25 minutes or until top is beginning to turn slightly brown.
