  1. Marinate chicken for at least an hour in the Cajun marinade.
  2. Bake the chicken at 350ºF for an hour.
  3. After you stick the chicken in the oven, combine all the other ingredients in the crock pot.
  4. Shred the chicken when you finish baking it and add it to the pot.
  5. Cook on low for six to eight hours.
