Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain Tofu well
  2. Mash the beancurd, add in the beaten egg, seasoning and
  3. Minced coriander leaves.
  4. Mix well and slowly add the flour until the mixture forms a soft dough.
  5. (Note: the more flour you add, the more springy the
  6. Mock fish ball will be).
  7. Now divide into small portion equivalent to size of a
  8. Fishball and shape it into rounds.
  9. Heat oil and fry the balls until golden brown.
  10. Serve with your favourite sauce or eat as it is.
