Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter until clear.
  2. Add tomatoes.
  3. When tomatoes are softened, add mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add beaten egg.
  6. Return to heat and cook until thickened.
  7. Serve on savoury biscuits.
