  2. In mixing bowl, cream butter, add sugar, coffee powder, cinnamon and salt, beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition (batter may look curdled).
  4. On low speed mix in half of the flour, then the milk, then remaining flour.
  5. Add walnuts, mixing just until distributed.
  6. Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
  9. Loosen edges and turn out onto wire rack.
