Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • dash salt
  • 2 tea pure vanilla
  • bag miniature marshmallows
  • frosting
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tea pure vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans -optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350* 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray
  2. In small saucepan melt butter with cocoa powder, remove from heat. In mixing bowl beat eggs with sugar, add in flour,salt , chocolate mixture. Be sure to mix well then add vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and bake 35-40 minutes until done. Top hot cake with marshmallows; allow to melt slightly.
  3. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together; add slowly to mixing well with butter; add milk tablespoon at a time until desired consistency. Stir in nuts and frost cake while still warm.
