Ingredients:

  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 carrot (3/4 inches worth)
  • 1 1/2 oz ground chicken
  • 1 1/2 tbsp miso
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Mince the onion, carrot and green pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken in hot oil until well done. Stir in the onion and carrot.
  3. Add the green pepper. Stir in the miso, sake and 2 tablespoons water. Cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
