Ingredients:

  2. Brown onions,
  3. Add curry and garlic.
  4. Now add other vegs, and lightly fry till all softened.
  5. Tip tomatoes in, (being careful not to splash all over yourself).
  6. Now, the lentils.
  7. Next, the water.
  8. Simmer for about an hour,.
  9. Stirring now and then so the vegs dont stick to the base.
