Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine garlic, oregano, coriander, salt and allspice in small bowl.
  2. Pat minute steaks dry on paper towel.
  3. Add steaks to spice mixture.
  4. Cook steaks in oil skillet over medium heat until desired doneness; 2 to 3 minutes for rare.
  5. Spoon into pita.
  6. Garnish with onion& chopped tomato.
  7. Serve with Yogurt Sauce of 1/2 c.
  8. Low fat plain yogurt, 1/4 c.
  9. Chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp.
  10. Chopped onion, and 1/4 tsp.
  11. Salt.
