Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cream cheese and butter; blend until smooth
  2. Add flour, mixing well
  3. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour, shape into balls.
  4. Put each ball in a greased mini muffin pans, shaping into a shell.
  5. Mix filling ingredients together
  6. Fill pastry shells and bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes
  7. May be baked and stored for futrue use in the freezer or store in tins for several days
