Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except turkey until well blended.
  3. FLATTEN turkey slices; place 1 slice in each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups.
  4. Fill each with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the spinach mixture.
  5. BAKE 15 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. NOTE: After making these several times, I find it easier to lay out the 24 slices of turkey on a sheet of freezer paper, place 1 1/2 teaspoons of the spinach mixture in the center of each, gather the edges up to form a sack and then place it in the muffin cup.
