Meat Filled Manicotti

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse then set aside and let cool.
  3. Place ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and oregano in a large skillet.
  4. Cook over medium heat until beef is evenly brown.
  5. Remove from heat. Drain and cool.
  6. Into the meat, add in the bread crumbs, egg, and 1 cup shredded cheese.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  9. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  10. Pour enough spaghetti sauce in dish to cover the bottom.
  11. Stuff the filling into the Manicotti shells.
  12. Place stuffed noodles in the dish.
  13. Cover with spaghetti sauce and top with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  14. Cover, and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  15. Remove cover, and bake 10 minutes.
  16. Serve and enjoy :)
