  1. To make the French toast, mix the milk, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Dip the bread slices into the mixture till saturated.
  2. Fry the bacon on heated, un-oiled pan. Set aside and cut bacon to small pieces when cooled.
  3. Using the oil from frying the bacon, fry the bread till both sides are lightly browned. Add more oil if required.
  4. Drain the cooked bread on kitchen towels.
  5. Fry the chicken cocktail and cut to small pieces when cooled.
  6. Lay the cooked ingredients on small dishes for a do-it-yourself mini BLT breakfast.
