Ingredients:

  • 8 oz crescent roll dough
  • 1 large apple, peeled, cored and cut into 8 slices
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls. Do not separate.
  3. In a small bowl, combine honey, peanut butter, and pumpkin.
  4. Heat in microwave for 30 second intervals until it reaches a smooth spreading consistency.
  5. Spread across crescent roll dough.
  6. Being very careful, separate dough at performations.
  7. Roll each crescent roll around apple slices.
  8. Place into a 9x9 inch greased baking pan.
  9. Sprinkle brown sugar over wrapped apples.
  10. In a medium bowl, combine white sugar, melted butter, cinnamon and soda.
  11. Pour over apples.
  12. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
