Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine 1 TB soy sauce and garlic. Add beef and stir to coat. Let stand while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
  2. In Dutch oven or medium-sized pot, heat oil to medium-high heat. Add beef mixture and stir-fry about 1 minute. Remove
  3. In same pot, combine tomatos, oregano, remaining soy sauce, water and celery. Cover and simmer on medium-low 15 minutes.
  4. Add green beans. Simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Add pasta. Simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Add beef and beans and simmer until ready to eat or until beans are warm.
  7. Serve with crusty bread or topped with feta cheese if desired.
