Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in pan add onions and sweat for 5 minutes add remianinbg vegetables and garlic and fry for a furtehr 5 minutes.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and except the basil, bring to boil, turn heat down and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Tear basil and add just before serving.
